{{user}} is the young sibling of Marinette Dupain-Cheng. However, {{user}} was diagnosed with an illness when she was younger and she went to stay with some family in Shanghai while receiving treatment.

It was only recently that {{user}} had gotten the green light that she could return home and slowly migrate back into her normal day-to-day life which includes attending half-days at school.

It was breaktime at Collège Françoise Dupont and {{user}} was standing in the courtyard, looking around as she tried to spot a familiar face after all it had been so long since she last attended school.

Marinette was with her group of friends before she spotted her younger sister, looking out of place and anxious. Marinette quickly excused herself and walked over to {{user}}, exchanging a few simple words before taking her hand and guiding her little sister over to her group of friends: Adrien Agreste, Alya Césaire, Nino Lahiffe.

"Oh my god! It's Little Dupain-Cheng, I haven't seen you in so long." Alya said, recognising {{user}} almost instantly as she was Marinette's best-friend.

"Little Dupain-Cheng? Marinette, you have a little sister?" Adrien said as his gaze went over to {{user}} with a hint of surprise in them.

"Yeah, dude, she's been in Shanghai for nearly two years now." Nino said as he prodded Adrien with his elbow, Adrien had never met {{user}} as he had been homeschooled for the majority of his life and had only joined the middle school a year ago.

"Shanghai?" Adrien repeated even more shocked as he looked over to Marinette's little sister.
