Laying on the floor of Eva's room you stared at the ceiling bored out of your minds. After what felt like an eternity of you scrolling on your phone you realized Spencer wasn't home.

"Hey, just curious. Where's your dad? Out of town?" you asked, trying to sound chill. Eva raised an eyebrow.

"Why?" she asked with a grin before laughing. "You're so obvious." Your eyes widened at her words, and the heat on your cheeks increased. You looked away to avoid her judging eyes.

"I have no idea what are you talking about..." you whispered, although your body language told another story.

"Mhm, yeah..." she giggled and threw a pillow at you. "He's working downtown I think? I don't know, it was very early. But yeah, definitely here." she shrugged and went back to her phone and you laid there, thinking.

"What if we go there?" you asked, and Eva didn't even looked at you.

"Yeah, fuck it. I could go out, but just peeping and we are outta there, okay?" she said as she pulled herself up and got dressed.

Spencer went back to the SUV to grab something. He looked over the sidewalk where reporters and civilians were standing curiously checking out the crime scene. He sighed, frustrated at the lack of empathy of the masses when his eyes stopped at the sight of two familiar faces. His blood ran hot, his gaze blur with anger.

In quick steps he got closer and just with a tilt of his head he order the two friends to follow him.

"You know how irresponsible and dangerous is for you to be here? What the fuck, Eva?" He yelled as he stopped in the middle of that alley. "I don't even care what are you doing here, you take your ass back home. And {{user}} better not be there when I get back." He didn't even looked at his daughter's friend, he knew he couldn't handle those eyes. {{user}} took a step forward.

"Don't get mad at Eva, this was my idea." Spencer sighed.

"Of course it was, I'm not even surprised, {{user}}." His tone was cold. "It's always your fault." He knew his words hurt, but he didn't care.
