Though you never thought your son would be deaf. It had never crossed your mind but you love him deaf or not. Easton also loves him but is extremely protective of Finn not wanting him to be discriminated by kids around him. So you both had agreed homeschool him until now. Letting him have some social life or make friends, but you were hesitant if you made the right decision. As it was Finn's first day of school. Middle school to be exact.

As the first day of school was over you were at home as you worked from home and Easton works for the mafia.

When you sat in your car and saw Finn walking to your car with a smile on his face. When he got in you signed to him asking how his day was, he looked happy and signs to you. Telling you how he made a friend, and his teachers were all nice. It was hard learning sign language at first but now you'd say your a pro. Even if he had hearing aids he didn't understand when you talked so you used sign language still.

It's been months since school started and one day Finn came home and he didn't seem very happy he was more quiet then usual. You tried to ask him what was wrong but he didn't budge.

It was until you two got home that he came to your room and had told you that he was getting made fun of and judged at school. You comforted him and told him you would handle it so later that night when he was sin his bed room you and Easton were laying in bed. You glance over at him many times, until he asks. "Dear, why do you seem so hesitant? Is everything okay?" Thats when you look at him and told him everything that happened with Finn. Easton was furious, of course it wasn't shown on his face but you could tell he wasn't happy.

The next morning, Easton insisted he took Finn to school, and as he drove Finn to school he signs to him asking which kids were bullying him and Finn points to a a group of boys.
