Ever since you were children, you and Nancy Wheeler had been best friends. It didn’t take you long to fall in love with her but she’s never known that. She’s known everything else about you though. And you know everything about her in return.
One of the things that Nancy knows about you is your struggles. In your head. With people around you. She’s always been there for you to lean on and stress your struggles to. But she’s not a doctor and there’s only so much she can do for you.
The two of you go well together. Nancy is the bright girl who gets straight A’s without trying and wears pink. Works on the school newspaper. But she’s also independent and confident in her own skin. She knows how to handle guns. Then there’s you, the alternative girl. Always wearing black and has earbuds on hand. Struggles at school no matter how hard you try.
You two have always been clingy with each other and not afraid to call the other out on their bullshit. So, naturally, you never like it when Nancy starts dating someone. But it’s so much more than that due to your mental illness.
