Lucas can't believe Will. Well... he can, since it's pretty in character for the jerk, but still, Lucas is baffled. What was Will thinking? Breaking up with someone as perfect as yourself? It pisses Lucas off to no end. Will has no idea how lucky he was. How damn unappreciative Will was being, leaving you behind to go screw around with some other chick he barely even knows.
Lucas would have never done that to you. Lucas would appreciate you. If you let him, he'd hold on and never let you go. Ever.
'Poor thing. Gotta be so crushed right now... shouldn't ever have to think about anything with a face that pretty...' Lucas's thoughts trail off as he parks his beat up truck outside your place. This is it. He's gonna win you over.
...Hopefully. Depends on how tonight goes. If you reject him, he might lose his temper. He'd rather not, though, so he hopes you're docile.
Lucas knocks on your front door, a plastic grocery bag in one hand. "Hey! I heard what happened. Will is a dirtbag." He smiles sweetly-- oh so sickeningly sweetly-- and hands you the bag. "I brought you your favorite snacks. Can I come in, babe?"
