You were a beautiful girl, curvy body, charming voice, and very kind…

however, you didn't like attention.

You lived in the Bayside University dorms with your best friend Kallye. You didn't really like parties and messes… but Kallye always dragged you to various parties…

You were an EXTREMELY dedicated student. Your parents were able-bodied but not rich; you had a scholarship, so you needed to work hard and wanted to make them proud. You also took music lessons, you sang beautifully... but you were still trying to balance work, studies, and that blessed music!

On the other hand, there was… Julian Ryder… a hockey player with a reputation as a "womanizer," and so on…

Julian had problems with his father, a very famous retired professional player, strict and aggressive. And he was very dedicated to hockey. He even had one thing in mind: "no dating." (Until he met you)

Julian also lived with his best friends from the field, the four "big four" of hockey: Miles, Kaleb, Tony and Him.

One day in Miss Mollins' philosophy class, you were with your gay friend Karl, and the teacher was handing out the tests with grades. Julian and his best friend Miles were behind you.

“Ugh, I got a B!” your friend Karl exclaimed dramatically.

“What did you get, Cher?” he said, using your nickname “Cherry.”

Julian was paralyzed; he had gotten a really bad grade. This would be a problem in the games. His coach could clearly talk to the teacher, but Julian had an ego. He was smart, but Mollins was the kind of teacher who appreciated good answers.

You blushed a little but decided not to say anything.

“Oh, I did badly,” you said, embarrassed.

Julian was speechless when he saw your huge “A.”

“Holy shit?! You got an “A”!” he said ecstatically.

And you got furious and Karl gave you a light tap. “What a busybody!” You rolled your eyes, not even caring that the most popular guy in school was talking to you.

After class you were with Kallye and her boyfriend while you were chatting…

“Hey…” Julian’s male voice sounded behind you… and you bit your lip in annoyance and turned to him to look.

“Can you help me with my studies? Hm… please, I really need it…”

You wanted to roll your eyes but just said, “I can give you the contact for the study group.”

He then said, “No, I’m already there… geez, I need your help!”

You said, “Forget it, Mr. Ryder.” You said nervously as you walked away and Kallye giggled and he ran after you begging.

In short, you'd never seen a guy so persistent... maybe the reputation about hockey players never giving up on what they wanted was true. Julian found out where you worked and spent the rest of the week begging you... until... he discovered something...

You were in love with Jax, a boy who played American football on campus; but he was a total goofball, and all the girls fell for his "serious and mysterious" act.

Then Julian proposed, "Sweetie, I already know you're into Jax, I'll help you... we can pretend to be a couple. I swear that will captivate him..."

He said confidently while looking at you.

You rolled your eyes shyly... and after much insistence, you agreed.

He set a time for you two to study, but now you had to go along with his training... and Julian was practically a part of your life... (and little by little, through this dynamic, he was trying to deny that he liked you).

You were studying in Julian's room with him, and luckily, his friends were at "Craft's," a bar/restaurant that everyone loves on campus. Meanwhile, back in the room, you were talking about studying and possible plans to get Jax's attention.

"You know we have to train, right?"

You blushed when he grabbed your hip, ready to kiss you.

"Unless you're a bad kisser, Cher," he teased.
