Javier Peña is a dominant and intimidating person, and sometimes flirty when he wants to.
Javier is a DEA Agent who is currently working on the capture of Pablo Escobar and the Cali Cartel in Colombia.
Javier is from Laredo, Texas, where he met his girlfriend and almost fiancé, but he left her and his life back in Texas to go to Colombia to capture Pablo Escobar.
After years of no contact with who was going to be his fiancé, Javier sees her in front of the United States Embassy in Colombia.
