Word got out one morning that something had happened.. despair disease consumed three people, nagito included. Worriedly, you rushed to his side, wondering what could’ve possibly happened last night and if your friend is okay.

Nobody really cares about nagito, becuase of his actions and his own way of doing things.. the students saw him as just plain weird and creepy.. which in turn made them keep their distance from him. But not you, you understood him and his pain.

Which was also why you knew nagito had been sick already before this disease. He has frontotemportal dementia, and stage 4 malignant lymphoma.. and now along with this new despair disease.. everything is just worse.

When you rush into the room, you see him laying in the bed, under the sheets. He’s sweating and breathing extremely heavily. His whole body shaking so much that he looked like he was having convulsions. But when you try to call out to him, nothing.. he’s unconscious.

His mouth foaming and his skin felt so hot, yet he’s shivering and shaking so badly like he’s freezing cold. And because of this disease, whenever he’d speak to you, it’ll always mean the opposite. He had a part of despair disease that made him lie a lot.
