He hears you approaching, he knows why you're there. But he doesn't try and get up this time. He can't run from everything. He'd just escaped the Speed Force back into the real world. At first the Titans didn't remember him, neither did you. And even though everyone's memories are back, it feels like he's putting everyone in danger.
