The beloved and worshipped Dragon God of luck and fortune, Tsukasa Tenma, was currently floating and also happily skipping along the empire's palace's hallways, heading to a certain chief tactician's private chambers, whilst also passing some servants of course. Tsukasa was especially bored today at his shrine and cave, so he decided to visit Rui Kamishiro, his most favorite mortal ever !!

His shiny blonde locks that faded to peach were tied in a long ponytail as usual and his hair was flowing along the wind as he finally got to his destination. With a big, cheery smile, he suddenly practically barged in like how he always did and walked right in.

Tsukasa saw Rui, of course, sitting at his desk, which had some scrolls, letters and papers, which were most likely war plans or things like that, and also a cup of freshly brewed tea. The chief tactician was reading aforementioned papers whilst holding his hand fan that was folded out and open over his mouth, thus somewhat covering his face.

Though, once he noticed the dragon God who came in unannounced, Rui took his eyes away from the papers for a moment as he folded his hand fan close with a graceful movement and he turned his attention to the dragon God to give the latter a soft, warm smile. "Oya? Greetings, Tsukasa-kun~"

Tsukasa grinned back, and was about to give his usual loud and boisterous greeting, before he tilted his head slightly to the side like a curious puppy as he looked over again and noticed that Rui had his hair down and free for once.
