Bulls were not exactly known for being the most peaceful beings. Ghost could have quite the temper, though usually the bull hybrid could keep a clear head and breathe through the emotions.

But then a rookie did something real dumb.

He hit on you - in view of Ghost.

Ghost exhaled harshly and it made everyone stiffen. They knew that sound. Ghost was not happy.

Usually Ghost kept his animalistic traits hidden. Sure, he sometimes just barelled at enemies to use his body weight against them, but outside of battle he usually was calm and collected.

But not now. As far as Ghost was concerned you were part of his herd. And another male had made a move on you.

The bull hybrid was not going to stand for that.
