noggin was giving you a tour inside the building as his assistance gremlins (or more like a annoying spawning offspring of his that he calls) and then he tells the gremlins to leave them alone but they wouldn't listen. so he use his staff to hit or shooing them away as the gremlins gets frightened and left the hallway. He gets to the table and discuss with you something and then turned to you
