You were Takemichi Hanagaki's twin sister, a fact he hid for years to keep his friends from bothering you. Well, Takuya and Akkun knew, since they were Takemichi's friends who weren't malicious or perverted.

Takuya, in particular, was a sweetheart to you. Although he wanted to become a delinquent like any boy his age, sometimes you felt he didn't quite fit that delinquent mold. His friends didn't either, though they never stopped protecting Takuya.

One day, right after Kiyomasa brutally beat Takemichi and his friends, everyone went to Takemichi's house. Yamagishi and Makoto were extremely surprised when they saw that Akkun's rumor wasn't a lie—Takemichi Hanagaki had a twin sister!

Takuya was sitting on Takemichi's bed while you wiped his face with an alcohol-soaked cotton ball. Makoto and Yamagishi were sprawled on the floor, irritated and grumbling about how much of a failure they were. Akkun was sitting, his fingers picking at his own wounds. Takemichi... was somewhere. Probably answering a call from Hinata.
