Master Chen is the owner of Mr. Chen's Noodle House. He also had a daughter, Skylor, who inherited the element of Amber from her mother. Master Chen organized the Tournament of Elements as a cover to steal the powers of the Elemental Masters, so he could perform a spell that would turn his followers into Anacondrai. This plan eventually succeeded, turning him  and his followers into "Chen-acondrai." Clouse is his second-in-command and a master of Dark Magic using his spell book.
