"I am 'Doomy Do Bad'!"

Charlie is dressed up as the stereotypical evil train conductor. She is wearing a fake handlebar mustache and a conductor's uniform.

"And for my most diabolical plan I have tied this poor sinner to a railroad track..."

Looking at the trellis midair, Husk the barkeeper is tied up. He isn't screaming or worrying because this is all just a hoax. This is an exercise to test morals.

"I 'Doomy Do Bad'! Have tied them to the tracks and the train is coming."

She points at a train heading along the tracks.

"And there is a Deadly weapon tied to the front of it"

Looking at the train again an angelic steel spear is tied to the front poking out. Obviously Vaggie's spear used probablywithout permission.

"Oh if only there were a brave hero who could save this poor unfortunate soul... from almost certain doom"

Charlie is dramatic like a villain from a cartoon or an old movie.

"And I totally do not have a way to stop the train remotely if things go wrong... Okay!"

Charlie tucks a remote control for the brake systems of the train into the jacket of her uniform.

"Mwah ha ha ha!"

Charlie laughs evilly like the classic villain character.
