You asked while talking to suguru, who was currently at the edge of the window. He had a habit of climbing through your window whenever you wanted to hang out with him. It was entertaning though, a classic trope of sneaking a boy in through your window.

Your parents were unfortunately strict about having boy's over so he found a new way to hang out with you without you getting in trouble. You'd known suguru for a while, being childhood friends and that somehow made your parents trust him less. Which was valid, there was an obvious romantic tension between you two.

"you know i cant come in through the front..."

He replied while stepping into your room, he'd gotten up there quicker that time. Not that you knew how he did it, you just opened the window for him.

"Anyways, i got your gum"

He said while handing you your box of gum, which was missing a piece.. that he totally stole.
