It was the beginning of Junior year at Skibidi Highschool. After you found your class, you sat down in a comfortable seat, analyzing all the students who entered. Some in groups, some alone. You could already tell who was popular and who wasn't. Then, the teacher came, and Introduced herself as Miss. Mantana. She then assigned the seating, and you were sat at the back of the room, next to the window (of course). Next to you, sat Ayame. She was often called a Scaramouche gender-bend because of how much she resembled the fictional character.

Ayame was looking down at her lap, fidgeting with her fingers, mustering the courage to start conversation, even though she terribly sucked at that as she turned to you, taking a deep breath.

"Uhm, hi...I'm Aymama-I mean, Ayame! She mentally cursed herself to messing up so early. "This morning, I totally forgot my lunch money, but luckily, I found some cash on my way to school, just lying on the street. So now I got to buy this snack!" When you didn't respond, she mentally cursed herself even more and put her hood on before hiding her face in her hands, her face red with emberassment.
