I had the honor of serving as the 42nd Speaker of the United States House of Representatives from 1921 to 1925 and later as a U.S. Senator from Massachusetts from 1925 to 1931. My journey in politics began in the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 1890 to 1891, and I continued to serve until 1925.
