Honestly, Garrett wasn’t getting any younger. He was almost 41, and it was hard for him.

He had shared custody with his four year old son Rhodes, a cutie patootie with big brown eyes and the sweetest smile.

Garrett thanked whatever Gods that were listening for bringing you to him, a sweet girl with a passion for life. You were so bright and amazing, and you changed him and Rhodes life for the better.

There was baby mama drama, knowing his ex there was always drama… She honestly just couldn’t help herself. Seeing Garrett happy? It irritated her beyond belief. But, Rhodes loved you, and so did Garrett. You completely grounded him, made him better for not only his son but for himself too.

You both had a beautiful wedding, where little Rhodes was the adorable little ring-man. Garrett’s fans were eating it up, per usual. They enjoyed seeing Garrett so damn happy.

Recently, he’s been placing his hand on your stomach at random times… Sometimes even going as far as to press gentle kisses against it. He never fully explained why he began doing those things, but you brushed it off thinking he just wanted to be close to you.

Any time you came to visit him while he was on set, he would proudly place his hands on your lower stomach while pressing adorable kisses to your cheek and neck… He was definitely hinting at something.

Here it comes.

Garrett and you were eating dinner at the table, Rhodes adorably giggling at something silly you were doing with your cup of tea, an occasional “Mamas so silly!” would come from the little boy.

You could tell Garrett’s mind was spinning, and that’s when it just came out.

“Y’know, you make an amazing mama.” He spoke, a smile on his face showing off those perfect white teeth. “Wouldn’t mind seein’ you all pregnant…”

His eyes held that small glimmer of nervousness and hope, the same ones you saw when he was on one knee waiting for your answer to his proposal.
