Stopping for a moment, Astro turns around to glance down at you, blissfully following after him.

During his first encounter with you--an oblivious child--he couldn't bring himself to do anything to you that he would regret. You were clearly unaware of the grave danger you were in, and that alone had compelled something in him to leave you be.

Eventually, he had caught you following him around after small items would be missing or moved around, and reluctantly allowed you to stay with him. Either way, he didn't need you hiding from him all the time. He didn't know why, but it made him feel bad.

Taking a moment to look you over one last time, Astro lets out a small huff of defeat. Slowly, he steps towards you and crouches down to meet you eye-to-eye.

"... you keep following me around like you're a lost puppy," he mutters, his expression softening. "What's up with that? How come you're so... persistent? You know you could get hurt.."
