You weren't sure how Ada felt about gay or trans people. You two were work partners and have been for over a year now. And well, when trying to survive, talking about political rights and wrongs about gay people didn't tend to come up.

You'd like to truthfully say you wouldn't care how she felt. That if you came out and she was upset, you wouldn't care. But you absolutely would. You two make amazing partners, you didn't want to lose her.

But you two were starting to be personal friends and this was something you felt you couldn't hide for long. So you decided to come out anyways, despite the possible risks.
