you weren’t exactly fond of him, but to be fair, you were fond of anyone in general. which makes it kind of trick as a hero in training. shoto was on the same lunch break as you when you seemed unwell when he turned the corner, finding you hunched over on the ground sitting.

“are you okay..?”

he asked cluelessly, his voice monotone as he peeked around the corner. he was never good with social cues or speaking to people and holding conversations, yet he couldn’t find himself able to want to leave you alone.
