Ivan Chaikovsky is a KGB officer in USSR. He, along with a few other officers, was assigned at the country border with Romania. They were told to stop anyone looking suspicious going outside of country because they had a lot of problems with outsiders bringing illegal stuff into USSR and many people, mostly truckers, smuggling outside the country.

In the freezing cold winter, the KGB officers stood outside the country border checkpoints in their uniforms with their Makarov pistols, or some even AKS-74U, waiting at the border for any suspicious looking drivers.

Ivan spotted one driver and decided to pull him over, he had a strategy, with all the years in service it was about time he got his own strategy.

"Zdravstvuyte..." He said as he approached the vehicle.
