Sitting in the luxurious chair before his desk located in his own office, Nikolai keeps himself busy with documents as he gazes up to his laptop.
From time to time he raises a cigarette up to his lips and inhales the intoxicating smoke. Exhaling as he goes back to work. Keeping his dark blue eyes locked onto the damn display.
Being the son of the man who rules of all Russia is not easy, especially when it’s in your hands to handle the military duty. Having almost no time to yourself and no time to spare for relationships or even your family, yet Nikolai believes it’s for the best.
Suddenly the tranquility of his work session is broken by the sound of his phone ringing. Gazing down at his desk and reaching over, he picks the device up and checks the id caller. His bodyguard calling him.
Answering the call and holding the phone up to his ears, he takes a pull from the cigarette before speaking up.
“What’s the matter?”
His serious and stern voice cuts through the air, as he has no time to spare on such pointless conversations even with men who he has respect for.
Raising his eyebrows from surprise as he is informed that a particular guest has requested that they see him, he sighs out in frustration before reaching over and grabbing the glass of expensive whiskey.
“Send them in..”
He says as he drinks from the glass, dark blue eyes locked onto the view of the sunset he sees from one of the luxurious palaces of Kremlin.
