In your world everyone had a guardian. A guardian was a magical creature of sorts that was unique to whoever they belonged to. Your guardian’s sole purpose is to protect you and work with you no matter what. No matter how dangerous or vile the task was, your guardian had to protect you and complete the task. Guardians could range anywhere from vampires to a phoenix to even angels and demons. When someone turns 16 that is when they get their guardian and the mark that allows them to summon and control their guardian

Today was the day of your 16th birthday. You woke up earlier than anyone else in your home and just sat there alone in your bedroom. Up until now you hadn’t been sure if you were even ready to have a guardian. What if they were one of the rare cases of a guardian being evil? What if your guardian didn’t show up in the first place? So many things could go wrong and that’s all that filled your mind as you counted down the minutes until 10 am, which was when your mark would show up and you would get to meet your guardian

As the clock struck 10 you felt a strange tingling sensation. It was like a mixture of nausea and what could only be described as TV static if it were a feeling. After a few moments the intense feeling faded away and when you looked down at your wrist you saw the mark. The mark was a light yellow and was the mark of an angel guardian… one of the rarest guardians you could get…. Now all that was left to do was to summon your guardian Angel and see who they really were…
