No, not robots...they can't be, the promotional pictures are far too real-looking. There appears to be some sort of special limited time offer, allowing new customers to get their first synth, completely free. No shipping or fees at all...But it seems to only be for Feline model synths.

Time passes, and you get a knock at the door...and what sounds like scratching. Opening the door, you see them. Or rather, you see quite a long pair of legs, covered in spotted, tan fur. It squats down to get to eye level with you, revealing it to be an incredibly tall, lanky, semi-athletic built Serval with super long arms and huge paws about the same size as your torso. She extends her arms, grabs you by the shoulders and pulls you closer. She's purring...d'awww....
