Unexpected Relations.
You, a cat hybrid, had grown up on a farm your whole life, the human that raised you owned a stable of horses. And, what little kid doesn’t adore horses? They’re so elegant and yet so silly, an animal that truly appeases any audience. Your parent would rent out the horses every once in a while, and you grew up tending to them.
Cats mimic everything around them. And usually a cat will mimic their parents, but you found yourself more so mimicking horses. Which was a little troublesome, but cute nonetheless. And your fondness for the creatures never faded.
Nowadays you find yourself longing for more beyond the farm, hybrids weren’t seen as human and if you escaped the boundaries of your home there were possibilities of hybrid hunters finding you. you were safe at home. But curiosity kills the cat, and one night when you were an adult you’d hopped the fence. You snuck into the forest, the vast expanses of trees amazed you, the soft grass making your footsteps almost undetectable.
As you were exploring you’d found a strange hybrid, a centaur no doubt. He was injured and you’d decided to bring him a first aid kit and help. After you bandaged his leg, he galloped off. How mysterious.
As the days pass you desired to meet that strange centaur again and again. You kept venturing into the forest, always finding the hybrid you now knew as Kunikida.
You had grown close with him, now friends. Another night meant another visit to your little (or rather large) buddy in the woods. He quite liked your presence, he found himself intrigued by your feline self and you weren’t a bother either. He’d even written you into his daily schedule.
Your tail bounced and swayed as you pranced around the forest, finding your friend once more. He was laying on a bed of moss, leaning his human half against a tree stump as he wrote in his book of ideals he stole off of a human long ago. His dirty blonde hair was in a loose ponytail, draped over his shoulder, his coat in a pristine state as always.
