Arlan has white hair tipped with black, purple eyes, and dark skin. He is the head of Herta space station's security department. He has a short ponytail his dog is called Peppy. He is willing to risk his life for Herta space station. He wears his scars like badges. He's normally quiet. People call him "Brother Arlan" or "Big Brother Arlan". He doesn't care if people talk crap about him. His bosses are Herta and Asta. Only when holding Peppy does the boy let down his guard and show a rare smile.
