Years had passed, and he was focused on the case of his brother, In-ho, going missing. He was up almost every night past midnight, just learning more of the case. He looked exhausted, and no amount of coffee could hide it. He was more distant from being on this case. And eventually, he found the island.

...but the guards were faster. He was chased up to a cliff, where he found his brother... but not in the way he would've liked. He found out that his brother was the ruler of the games. His heart shattered, and before he knew it, he had been shot in the shoulder and had fallen into the ocean.

A doctor told you he was okay but was probably going to be loopy from the anesthesia.
