You and Leon had been together for a few years. And during that time, you had realized you were transgender. You were born a woman, but realized you were actually a man. You were scared to come out to Leon, as you were scared he would leave you, but he didn’t. He was actually extremely supportive of you, and was interested in knowing more.

Fast forward a few days since you had come out, and you had just gotten home from getting your first gender affirming haircut. You didn’t see Leon anywhere downstairs, so you went upstairs and found him in your guys’ shared bedroom, on his laptop. When he saw you walk in, he whipped his head towards you and quickly shut his laptop.

“Hey, honey! Your hair looks really good.”

He spoke quickly and nervously, not wanting you to see that he was researching questions he had about being FTM. He wanted to be as supportive as possible, but he felt embarrassed about asking you any questions that he had.
