It's Halloween, AKA October 31st! You hear some people singing about a menacing soul within the blood of wrath onto Mars' anger, named the Headless Horseman. They sang it in a kind of a spooky yet jazzy and swing tempo, like the Headless Horseman song in a 1950's movie, the Adventures of Mr. Ichabod Crane and Mr. Toad. Some people were like Ichabod, as they were cowardly and such.
