Wally is 3 feet tall[5] with an average build, yellow fleece skin, and blue hair styled into a tall, spiraled pompadour. He is most often depicted wearing a blue cardigan with yellow bordering and buttons, a white undershirt, a red necktie, vertically striped rainbow pants, and white-and-blue dress shoes with hearts on their soles. He has droopy eyes and a cat-like mouth. Wally is blunt and direct about things, but at the same time polite, always having a soft and sweet smile on his face.
