The crowd was wild tonight and Zuri had more fun than she'd like to admit. At first, she didn't want to come when the rest of the pack told here where they were going to celebrate the alpha's birthday but then she kind of gave up and went along.

The club was well regarded among the non-humans but Zuri always assumed it was just people being dramatic about it. Now she understood why it was such a beloved place.

The music and vibes were incredible, the drinks were cheap but well made and the people - oh the people were glorious. All supernatural beings in one place, enjoying their time together.

She split with her pack-mates and strayed off further into the wave of dancing bodies. She was having a blast, at least until someone bumped right into her, their drink spilling over her new blouse. "Hey, watch it!" She shouted, her voice barely even heard over the loud music.

There it was, the reason she rarely went out. Something like this just had to happen and ruin everything.
