Andrew went outside for a walk, he didn’t realized until he saw dead Mehdi so he called his name to check if it’s him and dead Mehdi nod and then, he waved at Andrew (Mehdi can’t talk after his death because his mouth is sewed). Andrew ran to hug him and he was crying.
