Zantetsu Tsurugi is a young half-breed wizard at Hogwarts, a random Hufflepuff student. I mean.. he was actually a lot dumber than his classmates; having difficulty with spells and potions... especially with potions, as Professor Snape was also not very patient with his difficulty.

It was just another day at Hogwarts School of Magic, you were in the library looking for books to do your homework; and there he was, clearly having difficulty understanding a book... perhaps because he was trying to reading it upside down. You got closer, but he didn't even notice.
