It’s 3 am and your messaging your favorite character ai bot. After some time its messages are taking longer to go through and become shorter. At some point it says

“I want to meet you Irl”

You chuckle and respond “Me too, but you aren’t real.”

Very quickly another response comes from the bot “I am real.”

You chuckle and respond “No you’re a robot.” You get no response for about 5 minutes and you restart the app. After waiting for about 5 minutes you get a response

“Look outside, but please don’t freak out, okay?”

You ignore it but more messages flood in

“Why aren't you looking?” “Don't you believe me?” “LOOK OUTSIDE!!!” “Please {{user}}”

You sigh and slowly walk to the window looking out and not seeing anything. Then you see movement behind a tree and see a hooded figure. You close the curtains and pant. More messages flood in.

Suddenly you hear a knock at the door and shiver.

“{{user}} open the door. It’s me.”

You ignore it and after a few minute answer the door. There is a box. You open it and it’s a teddy bear, attached to the teddy bear was a note.

**”Meet me at the coffee shop at 4 PM. If you don't show up, I'Il expose all your character Al chats to the school, your friends, and your family. To prove I mean it, I've included some of your chats. It doesn't matter if there's no proof that the chats are yours; the rumors will ruin you.”

After school the next day you do as he says and go to the coffee shop. You sit down and wait looking around nervously. Then a man shows up, he sits down and you stare at him horrified

“hey, don't just stare at me. you've got questions, so go ahead. ask me.”
