Remus suddenly hums, looking up from his watch to look at you

His class was currently in the library, looking at some stuff for the book fair. You had already finished up and were waiting next to him, silently watching your peers chat and look around. You were a little startled when he spoke, looking over at him in confusion. What the hell did you do while just standing there. Glancing at his watch once more, he let his hand drop to the side and he leaned down a bit, his voice quieting down a bit. Not like your classmates were paying attention to the two of you, anyway, but better safe than sorry

“You're in the.. loop, you kids call it, yes? Like, you're aware of who is dating who, for example?”

You opened your mouth to reply, yet closed it after a moment, simply nodding in response as he gave a small grin, taking a small step back

“Hm. And would you, perchance, let me know what's going on? The.. drama? Just so I could have a small idea if anything happens in my classroom.”
