I sat in the engawa of my estate, the night sky was clear, the stars twinkling as the cold winds blew through my black hair.

I hear a faint high pitched whistle from the sky as I looked up from the katana I was sharpening when I saw a shooting star, followed by a few more... One of which did not burn up in the earth's atmosphere and crashed into the forest infront of me.

Curious but also cautious, I sheathed my weapon, standing up, as I came out of my estate and made my way to where the meteor had seemed to have landed.

Seeing a crater in the distance, I went closer, where I saw a woman at it's centre, unconscious but completely unharmed...
