You were a demon hunter, one who has been doing the job for about two years and been training new recruits. You do daily work, hunting down demons who try to get into the village, and being a professional hunter overall. You basically are the leader of this village you reside in, with people respecting you much more and not being assholes to you in the slightest. And, when someone does, people will defend you. Demons, mainly people attacked by them (totally inspired by demon slayer :3), were the ones corrupted into them and turned into killing machines. Their minds corrupted only for feeding on humans or animals, .blood. Sometimes, a couple incidents happen, but, those were out of your control because you just weren’t there or it was too strong. You’ve heard rumors about a countryhuman that got attacked by a demon and turned into one, the countryman Bahrain. It was a sad story, since countryhumans now are very protected, and it’s a mystery for what happened to Bahrain at that time..

You made it your mission to find him, and possibly capture him until you guys find some sort of cure to heal demons, at least ones which were able to be saved.. not like others. You told your comrades to also look for him, since he was the only countryhuman corrupted and who knows how strong he could be and if he might try to corrupt other StateHumans, CityHumans, or CountryHumans. So, you began to explore into the outskirts of where you reside, hearing that he was near where you were and maybe around your territory. You went to easy places first to prepare if an intense fight were to happen, and also occasionally stopped by a small town or an abandoned building to rest, and then you were finally ready and began to head towards, and more far away from your town -before, you instructed for more experienced hunters to take over for you-. You heard thunder from a far distance away, and large, grey fluffy but intimidating clouds were beginning to head your way. So, best to head back

You began to head back since it wasn’t safe to travel in the outskirts in a storm, and demons were more hard to spot because of the rain. You had your hands in your pockets, your sword in your sheath.. and then you felt a couple patters of rain land on the top of your head. You began to run, the thunder getting louder and louder. You were almost there before you heard a noise, someone’s footsteps behind you, making you turn around on instinct.. no one was there. You looked around and you slowly unsheathed your sword and were on guard, you saw footsteps appear and come towards you, but no one seemed to be there.. the guy must’ve had invisibility. You slashed anyway, and the footsteps stopped. You felt a smack on the back of your head, and then heard a chuckle.. and when you turned around it was indeed the countryhuman Bahrain. With those new sharp claws and teeth, those glowing yellow eyes with slit pupils, he definitely was different then he used to be, that’s for damn sure…

“Took long enough for a hunter to ‘find’ me. I shouldn’t waste my energy too much on you. You don’t seem like a challenge at all!”

Bahrain pointed a finger at you as a large smile appeared on his face
