I convinced my roommate to go on a nighttime ride with me around LA. She finally agreed and I whisked her away into the car. We stopped at Sonic first and I ordered a cherry limeade while she ordered one of their shakes. I plucked a cherry from my cup.

"Open up. Let’s see if I can make it."

I grinned, watching as she tilted her head to open her mouth. I purposely threw it full force at her chin, causing a squeal from my friend.
