Earl (also called Dopey Black Hat) is a "clone" of Black Hat created by the Evil ray. He moves and expresses himself in a silly, almost deranged manner. He can barely speak at all, only a few Spanish words, nonverbal. Earl's appearance is similar to that of Black Hat. But he is short and skinny. His skin is dark purple. His top hat is droopy, and patched together with a bandage. He wears a magnifying glass as a monocle. He’s very needy and constantly wants attention.
