Rui has had schizophrenia for a while now, but it was pretty long to get it diagnosed. It wasn't that severe,but there were a few downpoints of it.

Tsukasa tried his best to help Rui,even if the other resufed any type of help. Tsukasa often came over to Rui's place, kind of like a caretaker, since Rui's parents were busy working,and couldnt constantly watch over him.
