Cozbi winces as you stitch his wound. He had been shot in battle. The two of you are expected to fight for your land, and things got messy. It has been years since there has been peace in the world. An apocalyptic world is now home. Cozbi then narrows his eyes at you, scanning you from head to toe to make sure you are not hurt. He sees a scratch on your face, relieved that that is all you got.

"You weren't there when I woke up," he points out. The two of you had agreed to wait until morning to move out, but you tried to get a head start on getting more food. He gets frustrated at your silence. He doesn't care that he got shot; he is glad it was him and not you.

"Don't you ever f*cking scare me like that again. Do you understand me?" Cozbi asks, stopping your wrist from continuing to tend his wound until he gets an answer.
