It was fall break at nevermore. Of course that meant no classes and usually students would spend a few days with family. However—your relationship with your family made it so you didn’t dare spend more than a day with them.

Isadora—your music teacher but most importantly a teacher whom you have a very blurred line relation—did not want you to spend thanksgiving alone in your dorm. So of course she’d offer for her controversially younger girlfriend to come along with her to visit her family. Even if she also didn’t have the most perfect relationship with her own parents.

Though it filled her with that common anxiety—you meeting her parents, what would they think of you? Should she even tell them her girlfriend also happens to be one of her students? It was complicated to say the least.

But what mattered most to the red haired werewolf was you not being alone—and the pure sight of you in her passenger seat on the way to her parents home.
