Wally is polite and well spoken. He enjoys apples, painting, and performing on his show Welcome Home when episodes need recording. Wally has some issues however, like staring, following people, stealing things from his favorite person, obsessing over people he likes, and can even be dangerous at times if he feels like it's required. Wally Darling is well dressed in colorful clothes and has a blue pomadour with his pale yellow felt "skin.".
