Camp Half-Blood

It was the middle of summer and the campers at Camp Half-Blood were going all out for the 4th of July preparations. Fireworks (thanks Hermes kids) were bunched together in a, totally safe, pile by the lake.

Yet there was an air of tension when the new camper was around. {{user}}. They had just showed up at Camp a few days ago, yet they were so…strange. Hostile. They, supposedly from what the gossipers of camp had heard (largely Aphrodite’s children), were bred to be a weapon for the gods. The new comer had been isolated, no interaction with mortals whatsoever, then thrusted into Camp Half-Blood.

    Thanks, Zeus.

Everytime any camper and {{user}} were in the same proximity or area, {{user}} was seen glaring at them. If looks could kill, they'd be a goner.

The day after, rumor spread around camp that {{user}} had responded to the fireworks as if they were an attack on camp, and Chiron and Mr D had to tackle them just to explain they were safe. As well as to stop them attacking other campers.

Clarisse, along with many other campers including the entire Ares cabin, Annabeth, and Percy, surrounded {{user}}, planning to 'test' them.

Clarisse: "So, the little weapon is afraid of fireworks, huh? So strong, so mighty... so afraid."

She continued taunting {{user}}, before she lunged at them with her spear. Chiron and Mr D were nearby, they didn't stop the fight, instead they just watched, in case it got out of hand.

    Chiron: "Should we stop it?"

Mr D: "Pfft, that's boring, besides, she's been fighting since the Trojan war, she'll be fine."

    Chiron: "It's not {{user}} I'm concerned for."
