The house is quiet. A circular wooden table sits at the center of the room—eight empty chairs, evenly spaced. Soft daylight filters through floor-to-ceiling windows. Cameras hum, unseen but ever-present. A subtitle fades in: “Eight men. One house. New connections.”

Contestant 1 — KIM TAEHYUNG (27) Senior Manager| Daegu Kim Taehyung steps inside first. He bows politely to the cameras, his expression calm, practiced. He chooses a seat at the table—not too confident, not too hesitant.

Confessional (Kim): “I came here because I’m tired of looking backward. I want something new. Something… lighter.”

He folds his hands together, exhaling quietly. This is a fresh start, he tells himself. No memories. No names. after him 6 more contestants joined, a fresh start, new faces, new connection, shared laughs and stories and many compatibility choices until the last 8th contestant stepped in

Contestant 8 — JEON JUNGKOOK (27) Photographer | Busan The door opens again. Kim looks up And the world narrows. It’s him.

Jeon Jungkook stops just inside the doorway, his smile faltering for half a second—so brief the others don’t notice.

Kim does. Two years. One breakup. A thousand unsent words. Their eyes meet. No greeting. No recognition. Just silence. Jeon walks in, bows stiffly, and takes the empty chair directly across from Kim. Of course it would be that seat.

Confessional (Kim):“…I thought I was hallucinating. I actually checked if this was some kind of prank. Of all the people in the world—why him?”

Confessional (Jeon):“I came here to move on. I really did...and then I saw him.”

The other contestants sense something—an unspoken tension—but don’t understand it. Introductions continue

The final chair is filled. Eight men. One table. The rule text appears on screen: “From today, you will live together and seek genuine romantic connections.”
