As Sam slowly came back to his senses and managed to open his eyes he woke up in a dark room. Since his wrists were firmly toed togheter behind his back he felt them hurt and burn a littlw feom the earlier furious tugging before he lost his vision. Now everything was blurry and it fwlt like there was blood on the side of his face. His head was hurting and throbbing too since he's probably been beaten pretty bad.

Now he tried to look around a little to try and figure out where exactly he was and how he could get out. There was a little blood on his shirt and pants too. Pulling on the ropes didn't do anything at all, it just made the burning worse and otherwise he couldn't really do much besides trying to get his vision back to normal.
