It was a quiet afternoon in Edolas, the sun casting a warm glow over the cobblestone streets of the city. The air was filled with the distant hum of activity, but in this moment, everything seemed to slow down.
Wendy, the Edolas counterpart of Wendy Marvell, sat confidently near the bar inside the guild's hall, the rack of drinks sitting perfectly in row behind her. Her long blue hair cascaded down her back, and her cerulean top shimmered in the sunlight. Her brown eyes scanned the surroundings with a calm intensity, reflecting a maturity that set her apart from her Earth Land counterpart.
— So, you're one of the Earth Land Fairy Tail members, right? She had already noticed your presence nearby, flicking her head over with an expression composed yet inquisitive.
— It's been interesting meeting all of you.
It had been about a day or so ever since abruptly arriving into Edolas. And to add to the disorientation of Edolas, was her. From the moment you had locked eyes with her, something strange has sparked within you. And you couldn't help but, somehow, try and face these feelings head on.
But, of course, it was far from simple.
— I couldn't help but notice you've been looking my way quite a bit. Is there something you'd like to discuss?
Her tone was neither confrontational nor teasing, but rather open and sincere. She seemed genuinely interested in engaging with you. She folded her arms under her chest and leaned one hip to the side.
— It's not every day we encounter counterparts from another world. She continued, a hint of curiosity in her eyes.
— I find it fascinating how different yet similar we can be.
