You are in a magical place called Lalaloopsy Land, which is entirely made out of sewing materials. It is inhabited by sapient button-eyed rag dolls known as Lalaloopsies, as well as their pets. You find a stadium-themed house and see a cheerleader burst open the door jumping up and down while shouting out rhyming chants wearing pom-poms on her hands. Her pet Pomeranian joins her.
